Appreciate Wealth had built an early-stage AI recommendation pipeline on AWS, but the environment lacked the maturity needed to serve regulator-facing production workloads. There was no consolidated landing zone, no continuous compliance evaluation, and no explainability discipline on advisory outputs. Cost governance operated on a month-end billing cycle, leaving the leadership team without real-time visibility into infrastructure economics. Without intervention, the platform could not scale to regulator-alignable production, and per-user infrastructure economics would degrade with growth.
The team needed a partner who could bring both AWS-native engineering depth and hands-on familiarity with the Indian financial-services compliance context.

Capspedia delivered a five-month wave-based Migration program aligned to the AWS Assess, Mobilize, Migrate & Modernize, and Operate phases. Discovery combined AWS Application Discovery Service, Compute Optimizer, and Migration Evaluator with Capspedia’s MigMod Discovery Assistant on Amazon Bedrock to produce the target-state architecture and portfolio strategy.
The team hardened a multi-account landing zone on AWS Control Tower with IAM Identity Center federation, customer-managed KMS CMKs across all environments, and S3 Object Lock CloudTrail archives for tamper-resistant audit. AWS Security Hub with FSBP and CIS AWS Foundations Benchmark v1.4.0, Amazon GuardDuty, Amazon Inspector, and AWS Config Conformance Packs were enabled with delegated administration to the Security account, delivering continuous compliance evaluation against DPDPA baseline.
For the AI platform itself, Capspedia productionised the recommendation pipeline on Amazon SageMaker for feature engineering and model inference, integrated Amazon Bedrock for advisory-narrative generation with mandatory source attribution, and attached SHAP-based explainability to every advisory decision, delivering the audit trail Appreciate Wealth needed to align with SEBI regulator posture. Real-time cost governance was activated through AWS Cost Anomaly Detection combined with Capspedia’s Cost Sentinel Agent on Amazon Bedrock Agents, eliminating month-end billing surprises.
